In this Majority Report clip, Sam Seder explains the ridiculously terrible legislative “progress” that the GOP-controlled House and Senate are making while we’re all paying attention (granted, it’s a complete spectacle) to James Comey’s testimony before the Senate Intelligence Committee. The Senate is dealing with the AHCA bill that Congress passed, and Congress rolled back most of the Dodd-Frank banking regulations.

Seder also made guest appearances on Spin City (1997), Sex and the City (2000) and America Undercover (2005).
