Democrats in the Senate had not been allowed to see the Senate Republicans’ version of the healthcare bill, but that didn’t stop Donald Trump from saying that the Democrats are obstructing the legislation.  It hasn’t even been brought for a vote yet – at the moment there’s nothing to obstruct!
