In this Majority Report clip, Mick Mulvaney attempts to hold a conference call for the press to answer questions about the budget. Someone on the call puts the call on hold and so everyone is drowned out by hold music. It’s sort of a microcosm of the Trump administration’s communications with the press so far, only without irrational insults. It’s just a pointless, meaningless blur.
