Paul Ryan has been tweeting incessantly about the need for “tax reform” to help grow the economy and stimulate job growth, but a new report shows that Seattle’s decision to raise their minimum wage to $15 has accomplished all of the things Ryan claims he wants to do without having to give massive tax breaks to the wealthy.
