Donald Trump is planning on cutting millions of dollars from a federal housing program that provides money to low-income Americans to pay for housing.  But he’s leaving in place a federal program that reimburses landlords – a program that Trump himself gets millions of dollars a year from for his businesses. Ring of Fire’s Farron Cousins discusses this.
