Increased attention is being paid to the problem of unjustified or questionable police shootings following the death of Michael Brown and the killing of Eric Garner. On Friday, a man named Antonio Zambrano-Montes was shot as he ran away from police in Pasco, Washington.
When these incidences become common place, there is something systemically wrong.
