During yesterday’s Senate Foreign Relations Committee hearing, Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) said to Secretary of State John Kerry that the White House’s military strategy against ISIS influences negotiations with Iran. Rubio then said to Kerry, “tell me why I’m wrong.”
