Several months ago, Pope Francis released a climate change encyclical, telling Catholics that they have a religious and moral obligation to protect the planet, as well as the life that this planet supports. This marks the first time that a religious institution has called for bold action to fight climate change, and that isn’t sitting very well with climate change deniers.
Ring of Fire’s Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. discusses this with Michael Mann, climatologist and author of the book The Hockey Stick and the Climate Wars.
