Former President Jimmy Carter (D) announced on Wednesday that he has advanced cancer, reported RawStory. “Recent liver surgery revealed that I have cancer that now is in other parts of my body,” said Carter, who is 90. “I will be rearranging my schedule as necessary so I can undergo treatment by physicians at Emory Healthcare. A more complete public statement will be made when facts are known, possibly next week.”
The announcement was met with an outpouring of well-wishes and support from several politicians and high-profile people in the media, and all around the world. However, Fox News and conservative squawk box Debbie Schlussel said something disgusting, as usual.
