Republican presidential candidate Gov. Scott Walker (R-WI) has the ability to say the dumbest things; he nearly rivals Sarah Palin. Walker stated President Obama should dis-invite Chinese President Xi Jinxing’s state visit to “punish” the Chinese for yesterday’s dip in the stock market.

According to Walker’s logic, dis-inviting the Chinese president will perhaps fix the stock market. However, that’s not how it works. Why hasn’t he dropped out of the race yet?
