The United States Department of Justice notified a Louisiana federal judge that Gov. Bobby Jindal’s effort to remove Planned Parenthood from the state violates federal law, reported KATC.
The DOJ said Jindal doesn’t have “sufficient reasons” to block Planned Parenthood Gulf Coast’s clinic in New Orleans and Baton Rouge from receiving Medicaid payments. The governor joined the ranks of loud, insane Republicans who want to de-fund Planned Parenthood after a “sting” video taken by anti-abortionists surfaced.
The video was later found to have been edited to fit the conservative narrative.
