Fusion host Jorge Ramos isn’t through exposing Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump as a complete fraud. Ramos recently punched massive holes into Trump’s aggressive immigration plan, which consists of the mass deportation of 11 million undocumented immigrants.
Trump said the plan would take place over 18-24 months. Ramos explains that would require deporting 458,333 people per month, or 15,277 each day. The U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency reported that it costs about $12,500 to deport one person. Thus, Trump’s plan would cost, at minimum, $137 billion. This itself is ridiculously low because it doesn’t include the massive expensive involved in trying to determine who these undocumented immigrants are, where they live, arresting them safely, providing them due process, and preventing them from returning.
Trump is absolutely clueless regarding addressing real world issues on the scale of the United States. That is why he was a reality TV star, who owned a beauty pageant, and bankrupted four companies.
