Nine police officers wrestled and arrested an unarmed black teen in Stockton, California for allegedly jaywalking. The first police officer tried to strongarm the boy, then called over several more officers to wrestle the non-violent victim to the ground. The boy was later released to his mother and charged with jaywalking and resisting arrest. When watching the video, however, it’s clear that the officers were the aggressors.
