Republican presidential candidate Ted Cruz is the most devolved sub-human species on Capitol Hill, and that’s not an easy thing to be in Washington D.C. He spoke to Glenn Beck about climate change, and they just agreed with each other that it was a hoax. Then, Cruz said something astonishingly insane. He said climate change “isn’t science, it’s religion.”
