Marco Rubio has lost the state of Florida in the Republican primary, and along with it, his will to continue the fight. Shortly after the results for Florida were declared, Rubio addressed a crowd of supporters, telling them he would be suspending his campaign.

For days now when candidate Marco Rubio was questioned about what his plans are post-Florida, he and his campaign would often dodge and deny, claiming that they aren’t able to see past the Tuesday primaries. Just last week, Rubio declared that he would be heading off to other states to campaign after Tuesday whether or not he were to win Florida, but that appears to have been a bluff.

On Tuesday evening, when the results for the Republican race rolled in for Florida, nearly the entire state turned Red for Trump. Trump has now taken all 99 of the Florida Republican delegates, leaving the Cuban-American senator with nothing left to do but say goodbye.
