During Monday’s episode of “Full Frontal,” host Samantha Bee looked at yet another under-investigated issue in America: for-profit prisons and for-profit probation collection.

Bee focused on a for-profit probation collection service, Sentinel Offender Services, who offered a March madness-themed incentive program urging officers to levee more fees and charge more people for petty crimes in order to bring more cash into the private prison.

“We’re not supposed to jail people to make money, we’re supposed to jail people for being black.”
