Failed politician Sarah Palin brought her usual level of insanity to the campaign trail in Wisconsin for presidential candidate Donald Trump, but it appears that maybe, finally, the Republican base has gotten tired of her incoherent babbling and thoughtless rabble-rousing.
Palin said the usual things, attacking illegal immigrants and making her oh-so-quirky backwoods colloquialisms, but for the most part, the crowd sat silent. One journalist noted that it was nine minutes into her speech before the audience gave her any applause.
It is worth nothing that Wisconsin Republicans don’t appear to be too fond of Trump, so it follows that Palin might not be their cup of tea either. Whatever the reason, Palin received a serious ego check and she remarked afterwards that she was glad, at least, that she didn’t get booed.
