Jake Tapper asks Palin about the possibility of Trump vetting her for VP, and she has the same reaction that other normal human beings would: Why would Trump want her on his ticket????? Doesn’t Tapper remember what happened last time???? She looks absolutely insane whilst speaking lucidly, which is also confusing for those of us who didn’t think a moment like this was possible.
