Ruth Guerra, who is the RNC’s head of Hispanic media relations, says that she can no longer bear to be a part of the organization that supports Donald Trump.

In official interviews, Guerra won’t comment on her feelings on Trump, but it has been reported that she told coworkers the real reason for her leaving.

Though Guerra can’t be given too much credit as her exodus from the RNC is undercut by the fact that she is planning to join the American Action Network, a Republican-aligned super-PAC.

Now, unless that super-PAC is an anti-Trump one (of which there are relatively few), Guerra’s protest quit is little more than symbolic.

Still, Guerra will certainly not be alone in her disdain of Trump and we can expect to see more of this sort of protest heading into the general election as people become more aware of the impending doom of a Trump presidency.
