As recently as Wednesday, Donald Trump has tried to sell to his supporters the idea that Saudi Arabia is a friend of the Clintons and not himself – a story which has proven to be a total lie.

If you’re looking for proof, just refer to this tweet sent out by the Saudi prince way back in January when the Republican pool was deep and wide and the idea of Trump actually being a nominee was a distant possibility.

To be fair, that badly photoshopped picture might have slipped past old Trumpster as he isn’t too great at the internet and memes in general.

Either way, anyone who believes that Trump doesn’t have a cozy and intimate relationship with the Saudi government should be reminded by this message and take a long, hard look at what that relationship might mean.

One of the “bailouts” that the prince referred to was the time that he purchased Trump’s deeply in debt yacht from the government, thereby relieving the presidential candidate of a massive $900 million debt.

Then, the prince bought out the Trump Plaza Hotel, relieving the man of another significant chunk of cash.

We are increasingly becoming aware of the corruption of the Saudi government as our own government seeks to further intertwine the two nations. Because he clearly owes them too much, there is no chance that a President Trump would do anything to strain that close and cozy bond.
