It has been a long-awaited event which was the source of tension in Florida’s 23rd district, but finally both congressional candidates have come together to hold a formal debate.
On one side, we have incumbent and establishment darling Debbie Wasserman Schultz, a woman who was recently forced to step down as DNC chair, but who still retains the full support of the Democratic nominee. In the other corner is new guy and progressive firebrand Tim Canova who has the full support of the Bernie Bro crew – as well as the endorsement from the big guy Sanders himself.
