In this clip, we watch Chuck Todd interview Reince Priebus on “Meet the Press.” Priebus is grasping and clawing his way through this period in his life, during which he is repeatedly asked what Donald Trump is thinking or if he means what he says or if he understands what he says or if he understands anything in general. It is a genuinely tragic thing to watch over and over.
