The newest phenomenon dubbed “Biden Bro,” features comical photos of President Barack Obama and Vice President Joe Biden alongside hilarious fake conversations between Joe and Barry, with rascally Joe trying to invent ways to give incoming Trump a hard time – and just generally acting like a child.
