In this Majority Report clip, Sam Seder discusses why voters who are in favor of and dependent upon Obamacare woud vote for Trump. He cites a piece written by Sarah Kliff of Vox, who visited Whitley County, KY, who spoke with Trump voters who felt that the ACA wouldn’t be repealed, but rather enhanced, under Trump, despite all evidence to the contrary, because they “all need it.” The area also contains a cross section of people who earn just enough not to qualify for Medicaid and people who are poor enough to qualify, creating a very valid dissatisfaction with the way the system works.
