Unbelievable. That’s the only way I can describe what you’re about to hear. It’s absolutely unbelievable that a 911 dispatcher would have the gall to hang up on someone in distress like this. The dispatcher has since resigned.
The dispatcher hung up after a woman called him, hysterical that her friend, a 17-year-old kid, had been shot while playing cards by a drive-by that took place near the home.
