It appears that “affluenza” teen Ethan Couch’s luck may finally be running out as his most recent court appearance has faced the overly-entitled teen with an unsympathetic judge.

Couch, who violated his 10-year parole when he fled to Mexico with his mother and partied there for several days before being found and arrested by Mexican police, has now been moved back to the states and placed in a jail without bail.

Couch faces nearly 2 years of prison, depending on the will of the judge. It is still not nearly enough punishment for the teen who murdered innocent people, but at least he is not back in the comforts of his lavish lifestyle.

Watch.
