New information has come to light in the never-ending Ailes controversy which reveals that Fox News executives were well aware of the crimes of their president Roger Ailes for years before his ouster this year.

Fox host Megyn Kelly says she went to administration about Ailes’ sexually harassing comments back in 2012, but that her complaints were ignored.

Kelly told the vice president of Fox News media relations Brian Lewis that she felt uncomfortable working for Ailes and that the network should watch out for Journalist Gabriel Sherman’s expose on Ailes as it might contain further details about the man’s sexual deviances.

Rather than making more drastic changes to leadership in the light of blatant sexual harassment, Ailes was simply warned by Lewis to watch his behavior. This is likely when Sherman’s 400-page oppo file was begun.

As these allegations continue to come to light, this information ensures that it is no longer possible for leadership at Fox to pretend that they didn’t know what their president was doing during his tenure. This corruption went all the way from the top down, and Ailes is not the only guilty actor in these crimes.
