Bruce Bartlett, a former member of both George Bush’s and Ronald Reagan’s staff, has started a media frenzy following his claims that conservatives live in a media bubble, largely started by Fox News.
In his paper “How Fox News Changed American Media and Political Dynamics”, Bartlett claims:
It can almost be called self-brainwashing – many conservatives now refuse to even listen to any news or opinion not vetted through Fox and to believe whatever appears on it as the gospel truth.
