The Obama administration is asking China to back off its overproduction of steel. Speaking in Beijing, Treasury Secretary Jack Lew told the Chinese government that they are distorting world markets and costing jobs around the world. Lew claims China is selling steel around the world at below market prices, costing American jobs. Leo Gerard, president of the International Steelworkers Union, tells ‘News with Ed’ that China isn’t just doing this with steel, and that “we have to change our trade laws.”
