Thanks to Net Neutrality everyone has equal access to all the sites and services on the internet. But ISPs want to create fast lanes for sites and services they sponsor, and slow down everyone else. Even though Congress recently protected Net Neutrality by reclassifying the internet as a utility, ISPs are ignoring their defeat and continuing the battle to muck up the internet.
