On Comedy Central this week, “The Daily Show” devoted a not insignificant amount of time to fact-checking Donald Trump’s latest policy speech – y’know, the one he delivered in front of a wall of garbage?

Correspondent Desi Lydic said that she had prepared for the segment by popping a Xanax and chugging half of a bottle of rosé and was raring and ready to go.

Lydic lobbed truth bombs at nearly every aspect of the Trump scripted speech, including a moment where he flubbed the name of our nation.

“That is false. You want to be president of the United States, not the United Strates.”

Watch.
